A striking pair of mid-Victorian burr walnut open library armchairs of supreme comfort. Featuring padded backs with deep-buttoned antique cognac leather upholstery, padded armrests on sweeping carved supports, and serpentine seats. Standing on elegant cabriole front legs carved at the knees with acanthus leaf motifs, finishing on original brass and ceramic castors.
